What happens after I submit the intake form?
You'll get a reply within two business days — usually to schedule a short discovery call, sometimes with follow-up questions first.
How long does a typical project take?
A scoped MVP typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. Larger, multi-role applications can run 3 to 6 months. Your proposal will include a specific timeline.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after launch?
Yes — either an as-needed basis for fixes and small changes, or a monthly retainer if you'd like continuous iteration.
What if I don't know exactly what I need yet?
That's normal, and what the discovery call is for. Fill in what you can on the intake form and leave the rest — we'll help shape the scope together.
Can you work alongside my existing team or developer?
Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house teams, handing off code, documentation, and context so anyone can pick up the project.
How do payments work?
Fixed-scope projects are billed in milestones tied to the proposal — typically a deposit to start, then payments at agreed checkpoints.
